5、具备‌AI代码工具‌（如cursor）使用经验，提升开发效率并具备二次调优能力
6、具备微服务架构（Spring Cloud、Dubbo）及分布式设计经验优先；
7、对服务端现有框架能深入理解，具有好的代码重构能力；
8、热爱游戏，良好的学习能力、分析和解决问题能力，具备团队合作精神，承受工作压力。
