Nanomotion is a fast-growing company, leader in development production of precision motion solutions. Nanomotion is fully owned by Johnson Electric (JE), a public company, global leader in various motion products mostly related to electro-magnetic motors.
Nanomotion solutions are used in Semiconductor, medical, space, optronics, other areas.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide direct applications support to customers & distributors.
2. Be direct contact with customers, distributors, Nanomotion R&D staff in Israel to support sales efforts.
3. Business development activities to build the funnel. In the segment of Nanomotion is acting (Semiconductors, SEM, Microscopy Medical)
4. Consult customers with motion requirements with emphasis on the Semiconductmarket, to support the development integration of Nanomotion’s products assist customers with system startups.
5. In the customer acquisition process, the application engineer will be responsible ffast turn-around of potential modifications to standard stages work with a design engineer funique configurations, meeting the timeline requirements of the Chinese market.
6. Support local distribution channels efforts. (Training mutual sales calls to support new existing customers)
7. Encompass coordinating activities from lead generation, follow up. Regular sales calls account management activity.
8. Work independently with the VP of Sales to pursue new accounts without distribution, to promote Nanomotion technology present products.
9. Close collaboration with Nanomotion engineering to ensure customer requirements expectations are managed met effectively
10. Take an active role in strategy meetings, tradeshows other key business development activities.
Requirements:
1. B.Sc. in Engineering strong technical background.
2. Familiar with customer processes to the level of ‘process expert’.
3. Expertise related to motion requirements in the Semiconductmarket.
4. Knowledgeable in Semiconductmanufacturing process technologies.
5. Intimate knowledge of critical Business culture dynamics in the region.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Fluent in Chinese English.
8. Need to be Independent, self-disciplined has self-management skills.
9. Flexibility in working hours to communicate with staff in other time zones.
10. Travel – minimum 40% of the time in the field.
11. Ability to travel to Israel (eligible fVisa) – prepared to spend 4-8 weeks in Israel ftraining.
