Job Scope:
61 Develops wiring systems ftechnology projects (advanced/ product/ serial development) e.g. customer series projects
61 Analyses updates system domain requirements / architecture / design
61 Initiates/ Performs/supports 2D, 3D schematic design fwiring systems
61 Performs / supports design reviews
61 Defines validation plan evaluates test results
61 Creates Bill of Materials (BOM)
61 Maintains high knowledge about wiring harnesses related production processes
61 Uses performs relevant methods tools e.g. FME, DFM (Design fManufacturing)"
61 Evaluates product change requests provides solutions
61 Leads supports sample build-up defines technical requirements fproducts
61 Performs product D2X (Design2Cost, Design2Manufacture)
61 Supports VAVE
61 Performs/supports customer pre-RFQ concept projects
61 Performs technical feasibility study develops technical concept fchange requests
61 Performs design release engineering
61 Checks evaluates customer requirements specifications
61 Provides customer specific know-how
61 Supports technical presentations to customers
61 Provides technical support fCSO COO areas within CTO area
61 Integrates results of customer sample verification (previous build phase, if applicable)
61 Communicates with customer engineering department on a regular basis
61 Communicates with supplier engineering department
61 Execute DFMEA process
61 Responsible fDV (Design Validation) PV (Production Validation)process, work with customer to get DVP aligned, follow up DV&PV test with test lab
61 Collect harness fixation information provide harness fixation solution
61 Work in customer system like schematic,DMU , Change management related system

Language:

Experience:
61 DRE on W/Hs: at least 3 years
61 Experience of working on Mercedes-Benz projects preferred.

Education:
