Job Scope:
61 The schematic engineer is responsible freceiving thoroughly understanding the component data provided through the CUSTOMER system. Schematic engineers need to evaluate check plausibility of CUSTOMER data to ensure it is accurate, complete, suitable fuse as input in schematic design. If any discrepancies, missing data, corrections are identified during this validation process, schematic engineer should proactively engage with CUSTOMER internal stakeholders to clarify, resolve, document these issues.
61 The schematic engineer should perform prevalidation editing to check that all mandatory attributes are complete reasonable, ensure the data is accurate suitable fschematic design input
61 The Schematic engineer is responsible fmaintaining hardware information output from CUSTOMER including customerors, pins, signals, special wire (if any) etc... details (Imax(eff), Imax(peak), Imax (peak duration) ...etc.) as schematic database. When encountering discrepancies, suppliers must consult with CUSTOMER internal stakeholders the appropriate experts to confirm the information as needed.
61 The Schematic engineer supports the configuration process by selecting the correct project phase component version. If issues such as duplicate versions unclear configurations arise, schematic engineers should engage with CUSTOMER internal stakeholders to clarify requirements resolve any uncertainties.
61 The schematic engineer cooperates with the CUSTOMER to complete final prevalidation, review, issue resolution, ensuring all data documentation meet project delivery standards.
61 Provision of wiring diagrams necessary data
61 The schematic engineer shall engage directly with CUSTOMER internal engineers in various systems functions to understsystem principles specific architecture. Based on these interactions, the schematic engineer shall define document partial system topologies that contribute to the overall vehicle schematic. The schematic engineer holds primary responsibility finitiating maintaining communication with CUSTOMER stakeholders throughout this process.
61 schematics from the start of series development. Feach Level 2 diagram delivery, check fcorrectness manufacturability; promptly report address any issues required changes.
61 Lead internal trouble shooting activities: Record, track, implement all corrections changes using a standardized digital task list, ensuring all updates are documented traceable.
61 Define implement vehicle-specific details in the schematics, such as welding points, grounding points, inline points, power supplies, fuses, codes, system groups.
61 Ensure line types, cross-sections, colors match model-specific data (topology, routing, lengths).
61 Calculate validate optimal line cross-sections feach circuit path, considering validation, connection, line length, consumption characteristics; provide correction proposals as needed.
61 Report any circumstances changes discovered during the combination of wiring diagram data DMU/drawing (such as adjustments to line length, cross-section, line type) that could affect the wiring diagram.
61 Ensure necessary data is properly documented traceable in the CUSTOMER system.
61 The schematic engineer shall apply its internal schematic design tool chain, provided it complies with CUSTOMER specifications data standards.
