岗位职责：
对研究院新项目立项和产品项目开发过程进行规范化和系统化监督以及管理。
具体包括:
（1）协助研究院院长对新项目立项流程和产品项目开发管理流程的实施细则优化和落实；
（2）对项目开发质量进行监督和考核；
（3）监督设计开发项目移交量产，确保量产成功率；
（4）参与对项目负责人和项目经理的考核；
（5）支持和协助研究院院长探讨和落实系统化项目管理工具的落地和使用。
任职要求：
1.学历及专业背景：本科及以上；计算机、车辆工程或管理类等相关专业；
2.工作经验：在汽车零部件研发和制造领域，在项目管理，项目研发质量体系建设，和质量管理方面有5年以上的工作的经验；
3.在项目质量推动过程中，具有识别质量管理体系建设问题并推动问题闭环的能力；
4.熟悉16949、IPD、ASPICE体系；
5.CET-4以上，具备英语读写能力；
6.较佳的协调沟通能力，较强的风险敏感度，善于分析和总结问题，对数据敏感
