岗位职责
●负责后端核心模块开发，包括数据采集、解析、结构化处理与接口服务。
●开发基于文件、图像、外设的多通道数据接入能力，确保高稳定、高成功率采集。
●集成 OCR 引擎并完成图像预处理、字段抽取及模板配置。
●构建标准化接口体系（RESTful / HL7 / WebService），确保高并发场景下的数据一致性。
●设计任务调度、批量处理、失败重试、日志与告警机制，提升整体处理效率。
●完善权限、安全、加密、审计等体系，满足医疗数据合规要求。
●参与数据库模型设计与优化，支撑大规模数据的高性能查询与存储。
●完成相关文档编写，与团队协作推进联调与上线。
任职要求
●本科及以上学历，3 年以上 Python 后端开发经验。
●熟练掌握 Django / Flask / FastAPI 等框架，有良好的架构理解能力。
●熟悉 API 设计、消息队列、分布式处理、异步任务等核心技术。
●熟悉 MySQL / PostgreSQL，具备表结构设计、索引与 SQL 优化能力。
●有 OCR、图像处理、PDF/扫描件解析或外设数据采集经验者优先。
●理解数据安全要求，熟悉权限控制、日志审计与 HTTPS 加密。
具备良好的沟通协作、问题拆解与快速响应能力。
