岗位职责
核心负责高通量筛选平台的产品化落地与优化，聚焦化学与生物技术的整合，推动平台实现智能化、自动化升级，搭建高效、稳定的高通量筛选体系；
负责操作高通量筛选相关自动化设备，开展各类实验，初期重点推进酶活性实验，后续逐步拓展至SPR及其他各类生物实验，确保实验流程规范、数据准确；
负责高通量筛选assay实验结果的系统分析，精准识别实验过程中出现的各类问题，建立问题排查机制，快速定位问题根源（实验操作、方案设计或硬件设备），推动设备迭代优化；
拉通化学、生物、自动化设备等相关环节，协调跨岗位、跨供应商资源，推动各环节高效协同，确保平台顺畅运行，保障实验项目按时推进；
跟踪assay实验技术及高通量筛选智能化、自动化领域前沿趋势，结合平台实际需求，提出产品优化建议，逐步拓展实验类型，提升平台综合能力；
负责实验数据、问题处理记录、方案优化成果的整理归档，撰写相关报告，为平台迭代、项目决策提供数据支撑
任职要求：
硕士及以上学历，5年以上工作经验，生物化学、分子生物学、生物技术、药学、细胞生物学等相关专业者优先
有高通量筛选实验实操经验，能熟练操作高通量筛选相关自动化设备，具备独立开展实验、分析实验结果的能力。
具备较强的问题解决能力，能快速排查实验及设备相关问题，针对不同类型问题提出合理、可落地的解决方案。
具备良好的拉通协调能力，能有效联动化学、生物、设备供应商等相关环节，推动资源协同与问题高效解决。
了解高通量筛选平台智能化、自动化相关技术，有一定的产品思维，能结合实验需求提出平台优化建议。
