1、负责微店正逆向交易、商品、店铺、搜索（ES）等系统架构升级、设计、开发、优化等工作；
2、参与系统稳定性建设，性能提升和扩展性调优。

【职位要求】
1、扎实的计算机专业基本功，有较强的写码能力；
2、具备较好的业务理解能力和业务建模能力；
3、熟练掌握Java及面向对象设计开发，对部分Java技术有深入研究，研究过优秀开源软件的源码并有心得者优先；
4、了解SOA架构理念、实现技术；熟悉常见设计模式，熟练掌握SPring、myBatis、dubbo等框架；
5、具有针对高并发、大数据量数据库分库分表经验及掌握MySQL应用开发、数据库原理和常用性能优化和扩展技术，以及 NoSQL，Queue的原理、使用场景以及限制
6、熟悉分布式系统的设计和应用，熟悉分布式、缓存、消息、负载均衡等机制和实现；
7、参与过大型复杂分布式互联网（特别是电商）商品、交易、支付、订单系统的设计优先；
8、具备扎实的Elasticsearch开发与优化经验者优先。掌握ES在大型电商或互联网平台中常见应用场景（如商品订单搜索）的设计与实现，有ES集群规划、性能调优、高可用保障及疑难问题排查的实际经验是加分项。
9、有良好的学习能力、团队协作能力和沟通能力；善于思考，能独立设计系统。
