岗位职责：
1、根据激光焊接/切割工作站方案，完成电气原理图、接线图绘制（EPLAN或AutoCAD），进行PLC、HMI、伺服、FANUC机器人控制器及外围元件（激光器、激光头、变位机、夹具、安全光栅等）的选型，输出BOM表。
2、指导电控柜配线装配，处理车间及客户端现场电气故障（通讯中断、干扰、误报警等），必要时短期出差至客户现场进行安装验收。
3、配合工艺工程师优化焊接/切割参数（功率、速度、离焦量等），与变位机或多机协同调试。
4、编制电气说明书、操作维护手册、调试报告；参与公司电气设计规范、元件优选库及安全标准的制定与执行。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上，3年及以上非标自动化或激光加工设备电气设计/调试经验。
2、能独立完成FANUC六轴机器人I/O映射、坐标系设定、点位示教、宏程序/焊接包（ArcTool/LaserTool）应用及与PLC握手通讯。
3、能适应短期出差，良好的跨部门沟通及抗压能力。
