2. 核心代码编写与系统优化：参与系统核心代码的编写，持续进行系统优化，解决开发运维过程中遇到的技术问题。
任职要求
1. 学历与专业：本科及以上学历，计算机软件或相关专业。
2. 工作经验：5年及以上Java开发经验，有知名互联网公司工作经验者优先。
3. Java基础：Java基础扎实，理解IO、多线程、集合等基础框架，对JVM原理有一定了解。
4. 常用框架经验：熟悉使用常用的开源框架或库（如SpringBoot、SpringCloud、mybatis、kafka等）。
5. 数据库经验：熟悉关系型数据库的使用和设计，有丰富的SQL优化经验；对NoSQL技术原理有深入了解和使用经验（如HBase、Hadoop、Hive、MongoDB、Redis等）。
6. AI应用开发经验（AI岗位要求）：prompt调优、智能体开发、工作流开发、RAG、流式调用等经验
