1、大日活，高并发互联网产品后端功能设计，开发和维护。
2、外网问题定位，分析和解决。
3、分析和优化现有架构和性能，使机器成本和产品体验达到业界一流水平
4、乐于分享技术心得和踩过的坑，与团队一起突破边界成长
任职要求：
1、3年及以上互联网业务 java web后端开发经验；
2、熟练掌握常用数据结构和算法，设计模式
3、熟悉JAVA开发语言等相关技术和网络应用开发，有互联网产品开发经验；
4、熟悉MVC开发架构,对 Spring、Spring cloud等开源框架应用经验丰富；
5、熟悉MySql、Oracle至少一种数据库；
6、熟悉并能熟练使用常见Web服务器如：Tomcat、Jboss等；
7、善于快速学习，具有良好的沟通能力，良好的团队合作精神，责任心强、勤奋敬业，执行力强
8、逻辑严谨，对技术有追求，对技术充满好奇心。

加分项：
1、互联网公司工作经历，重视用户体验
2、具有大并发，海量数据处理经验优先；
3、熟悉linux操作系统，熟悉docker的使用，有大型系统后台开发经验者优先；
4、熟悉微服务框架、同步异步调用、消息队列、缓存（Redis）优先；
