岗位职责
1. 在现场与客户进行积极高效沟通反馈，并能够根据客户需求独立完成功能设计及开发投运整个流程；
2. 负责H5移动应用前后端开发、联调及部署；
3. 监控现场线上项目运行状态，快速定位并解决现场问题；
4. 编写技术及项目文档，规范开发流程，优化团队协作效率。
任职要求
1.学历要求：本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业；
2.经验要求：2-3年H5移动应用前后端开发经验，独立完成过至少1个完整项目（含前后端），技术栈需包含Vue+SpringBoot。
3.技术能力：
- 精通精通Vue3/Vue2，熟练掌握Composition API与响应式原理；
- 掌握Vant UI/Element Plus等组件库的二次开发；
- 掌握ECharts数据可视化配置与动态交互实现；
- 精通Spring Boot生态（Spring MVC/Spring Security）；
- 熟练使用MyBatis/MyBatis-Plus进行ORM开发；
- 掌握Druid连接池配置与SQL性能监控；
- 熟悉MySQL数据库，熟练掌握sql语法，能够对sql问题进行解决并优化；
- 熟悉Linux系统操作与常用命令；
–掌握Nginx反向代理配置与负载均衡策略；
- 具备性能优化经验，熟悉内存泄漏排查，多线程并发优化，数据库优化等；
- 熟悉Git/SVN版本控制，具备团队协作开发经验。
4.软性要求：
- 逻辑清晰，具备优秀的技术沟通能力，能快速理解非技术部门需求；
