岗位职责：
1、设计 Android 客户端平台架构，并推动业务治理优化；
2、参与架构演进方向的规划，提出优化建议，并与架构师团队协作推进新架构落地；
3、负责模块化、网络库优化、性能优化（ANR率）、内存管理、功耗控制、网络通信、业务调度等核心技术指标的优化；
4、推动 Android 前沿技术在公司内的应用，提升开发效率与创新能力；
5、配合安全团队完成相关安全功能的开发与优化；
6、赋能团队，提升整体开发效率，并助力初中级工程师成长。
任职要求：
1、计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历，5 年以上客户端开发经验，3 年以上架构设计经验；
2、熟悉组件化开发，精通 Kotlin、Java，了解 C++；
3、深入理解Android 底层原理，熟悉操作系统、内存管理、网络通信等计算机基础知识；
4、具备长期 ANR 治理、网络库优化经验，能够系统性优化应用稳定性；
5、编程风格良好，具备扎实的数据结构与算法基础，深入理解面向对象编程思想，具备较强的架构设计能力；
6、具备优秀的团队沟通与协作能力，有项目或团队管理经验者优先；
7、具备研发流水线建设或Android 研发工具链建设经验者优先。
