【岗位职责】
1. 系统方案开发：负责商用车EBS电子制动系统、ABS、ESC线控制动系统的需求拆解、架构设计、方案输出，覆盖主机车、挂车整套制动电控体系，匹配整车制动性能开发目标。
2. 硬件与电控集成：主导EBS控制器硬件适配、电磁阀、CAN总线、制动执行器的接口定义与系统集成，对接底盘、整车电控团队，完成软硬件联调与匹配校核。
3. 标定与测试验证：负责指导EBS系统整车标定、功能调试、性能优化，开展台架测试、场地实车测试、道路可靠性测试，输出测试报告、标定数据及整改方案。
4. 故障问题攻关：负责研发、试产、量产阶段EBS制动异响、制动不同步、甩尾、抱死、故障码报错等各类技术问题排查与闭环优化，保障车辆制动安全性与稳定性。
5. 合规与文档输出：跟进商用车制动行业技术标准，遵循ISO26262功能安全规范，编写系统方案、设计规范、测试标准、量产交付文档，支撑项目落地与量产交付。
6. 项目对接管理：对接主机厂、零部件供应商、测试机构，跟进项目进度，同步技术问题，落实迭代优化，保障EBS项目按时量产交付。
【任职要求】
1. 学历专业：本科及以上学历，车辆工程、自动化、电气电控、机械工程等相关专业。
2. 工作经验：2-5年商用车底盘电控、制动系统开发经验，熟悉商用车EBS/ABS/ESC系统原理及量产开发流程，有重卡、挂车、新能源商用车EBS开发经验者优先。
3. 核心技能
- 精通商用车气压制动、电子制动控制逻辑，熟悉EBS主挂同步制动、防抱死、防侧滑、坡道辅助等核心功能；
- 熟悉CAN总线通信、电控系统软硬件集成，熟练使用整车诊断、标定工具，具备实车调试、故障排查能力；
- 了解ISO26262功能安全、整车电控开发流程，熟悉MIL/HIL仿真测试、整车路试流程；
- 熟悉商用车制动行业标准，有EBS系统量产落地经验者优先。
4. 综合素质：具备独立方案设计和问题攻关能力，逻辑清晰，沟通对接顺畅，能适配项目进度节点，抗压性强。
