【岗位职责】
1）主要负责互联网移动、联通、电信等通讯产品的UI/UX设计工作；
2）与产品团队一起工作，跟进产品运营相关的设计工作，包括策略的设计、落地的设计执行（较强视觉能力），以及平台相关品牌、UI设计工作；
3）通过对业务方向的深刻理解，在保证产品美感和易用性的基础上，挖掘设计价值机会点，寻找创新和突破，以设计推动团队协作，发挥设计的杠杆作用，为*终的体验和效果负责；
4）参与团队的专业化建设，如设计规范、流程建设、知识管理等，与团队一起不断提升专业能力。

【岗位要求】
1） 2-4年互联网或软件类产品、数据可视化大屏设计的Ul/UX设计经验，本科及以上学历，视觉传达、工业设计、动画或绘画等相关专业；
2）有良好的审美能力，具备扎实的美术功底，较强的括画能力或专业交互设计能力，精通Figma/Ps/AI/C4D/AE等软件；
3）热爱互联网，有敏锁的洞聚力，并能推动项目创意真实落地，同理心强、关注细节，对用户体验有深刻理解;
4）具有良好的个人品质，积极乐观，认真负责，具有良好的口头和书面表达能力，沟通协作与项目推动能力强，工作有激情，能承受较大工作压力；
5）在动效或3D表现有特长!熟练应用AIGC软件。
