职责描述：
1、制定年度EHS培训计划，组织EHS培训，培训记录整理及培训效果考核。
2、承包商安全管理、监督及检查;现场HRO监控、安全许可证审批及现场施工安全检查。
3、定期组织应急救援演练，评估应急救援演练效果及消防设施设备检查和维护保养管理。
4、监督特种设备取证、使用、维护、保养情况，审核关键安全设备日常维保执行情况。
5、LOTO制度的现场执行、监督及检查;员工日常操作安全行为检查，劳保用品佩戴检查。
6、开展工艺安全管理，并推进PSM体系实施；领导事故调查分析，追踪事故整改措施的落实解决状况。
7、化学品引进、存储、运输、使用安全管理及监督。
8、组织制定或修订公司EHS管理制度、操作规程定期职业卫生有害因素监测。
9、识别EHS法律法规，并进行合规性评价、制定隐患排查计划，开展隐患排查工作。
任职要求：
1、化工、安全工程本科及以上学历。
2、至少3年中型化工工厂从事EHS工作经验。
3、熟练运用MS Office办公软件。
4、熟悉ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 管理体系，熟悉杜邦EHS管理体系。
5、良好的沟通能力和表达能力。
6、安全注册工程师优先考虑。
7、了解PSM（工艺安全管理）体系优先考虑。
8、英语良好的读、写能力，听说流利的优先考虑。
