岗位职责
1、基于 Java 语言搭建 Android 原生端架构，主导 IM SDK 集成、RTC 音视频通话开发。
2、负责小程序容器嵌入与兼容性调试，落地内容相关核心功能。
3、解决 Android 端关键问题：多机型适配、弱网环境下音视频流畅度、内存泄漏、后台保活与电量优化。
4、配合合规团队完成 Google Play 上架、隐私政策落地（如数据加密存储）、多语言（英语 / 小语种）适配。
任职要求
5、6 年以上 Android 原生开发经验，精通 Java 语言，深入理解 Android 系统架构。
6、具备 IM、RTC 集成实战经验，主导过社交类 App 核心模块开发，熟悉 IM 消息协议与音视频传输优化。
7、有小程序容器集成、内容生态模块开发经验，能独立设计复杂业务场景的技术方案。
8、熟悉Android 机型适配、弱网优化、Google Play 审核规则，了解 GDPR 数据合规要求。
9、能熟练运用 OOA/D 思想拆解复杂业务，通过设计模式解决技术难点。
10、具备系统分析员级能力，可独立完成建模与接口设计，严格落地面向接口编程，保障系统可扩展性。
加分项
1、参与过高并发社交 App 开发（DAU 百万级）；
2、熟悉 Google 服务集成（Firebase/Google Maps）；
3、有基于设计模式的 Android 项目重构经验。
