岗位概述：
负责公司 ESH 管理系统的后端功能开发、接口设计、业务逻辑实现与性能优化，保障系统稳定、高效、可扩展，支撑企业级业务需求。
岗位职责：
1. 参与需求分析、系统设计与模块开发，完成后端功能编码与调试。
2. 负责接口开发、文档编写、单元测试与问题修复。
3. 参与数据库设计、SQL 优化、缓存策略、服务性能调优。
4. 与前端、测试、产品团队协作，推进需求落地。
5. 保障代码质量，参与代码评审，持续优化系统架构。
6. 配合运维完成上线部署、问题排查与系统稳定保障。
任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，3年以上Java开发经验；
2、精通Java核心技术，熟练掌握Java各种常用类库，如序列化、IO、线程，熟悉常用算法及数据结构；
3、精通基于Spring Boot、Spring Cloud的微服务架构，有相应的应用实施解决方案经验；
4、熟悉Spring， MyBatis, Netty，Dubbo等开源技术框架，精通Http，Webservice, RPC接口设计和实现；
5、熟悉常见架构模式、设计模式；
6、熟练的SQL编写，熟练使用 MySQL/Oracle 以及进行 SQL 调优，对数据库索引、锁有较深入的理解；
7、熟练应用Apache，Tomcat等服务器的安装配置及优化；
8、熟练Linux平台下的环境安装部署；
9、良好的沟通能力，责任心强，具备良好的团队合作精神和抗压能力；
10、具有大型分布式、高并发、高负载、高可用、强一致性系统设计开发经验者优先。
