1、负责PCBA及电子成品的失效分析以及ICT/FCT/成品测试，包括故障定位、机理分析及根因验证；
2、主导或参与产品测试异常（ICT/FCT/成品测试）的深度分析与改进方案制定；
3、搭建并优化失效分析平台，完善分析流程与标准；
4、输出专业失效分析报告，推动问题闭环并协助制定纠正预防措施；
5、与测试、研发及生产团队协同，提升产品良率与可靠性。

任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，电子、微电子、材料或相关专业背景；
2、熟悉万用表、示波器、电桥、热像仪、X-Ray、SEM/EDS等常用分析设备；
3、掌握电子元器件特性与常见失效模式，具备扎实的电路分析与原理图解读能力；
4、4年以上PCBA或电子产品失效分析经验+ict fct测试经验，熟悉集成电路结构并能独立解读Datasheet；
5、具备系统的故障树分析能力，能够运用8D/5Why等工具开展问题分析；
6、具备良好的跨部门沟通与团队协作能力，能够推动技术问题有效解决；
7、具备优秀的分析报告撰写能力，逻辑清晰、数据详实；
8、责任心强，执行力高，能适应一定压力并持续学习新业务与技术。
