3.熟练使用IDEA/VsCode等开发工具，会用Maven管理项目依赖，掌握Git版本控制工具
4.熟悉Oracle、MySQL、达梦等数据库，能独立编写常用SQL语句，了解Redis缓存的基础使用
5.了解HTML、CSS、JavaScript等前端基础技术，能配合前端完成接口联调
6.做事严谨踏实，有良好的沟通能力和团队协作意识，能承受一定的工作压力
