岗位职责
1、在新产品设计的初步阶段介入，验证产品设计是否满足生产要求，并根据生产线的实际情况提出优化建议。
2、完成产品设计验证后，负责规划和导入新产品的研发生产流程。
3、在项目进程中扮演桥梁角色，与管理层沟通产品研发信息和技术难点问题，同时负责与采购和销售团队合作，确保产品供应符合市场需求和项目进度要求。
4、参与新产品的质量控制工作，确保产品符合质量标准并满足客户需求。在生产过程中遇到技术问题时提供技术支持并制定解决方案
5、与供应商进行密切沟通和协调，确保供应商能够按时提供合格的产品，并对供应商的质量管理体系进行评估和监督。
6、为生产部门提供技术培训和指导，帮助生产人员提高技能水平和工作效率，解决生产中遇到的问题。
岗位要求
1、专科以上学历，10年以上功率器件封装工作经验；
2、熟悉半导体产品质量问题的管控，分析和持续提升技能；
3、有较强的责任心、沟通能力和团队管理能力。
