岗位要求：
1.协助负责境外子公司的全盘账务处理，包括境外账务核算及财务报表编制，以及境内单据回传、境内账务核算及报表出具。
2.负责境外业务的现场财务支持，包括合同管理、税务管理及申报、财务管理，并实时对接国内财务团队回传单据，确保境内外财务处理同步、及时、准确。
3.建立清晰、规范的税务管理体系，熟悉当地税制结构及申报流程，能够为业务决策提供合理的税务筹划建议。
4.深入对接境外业务团队，参与海外业务规划、收费体系建设等工作。
5.对接境外银行及其他监管机构，定期对境外资金及资产进行盘点、统计与管理，并完成国内安排的其他工作。
任职资格：
1.具备扎实的财税专业技能，熟悉财务核算与账务处理。有海外本土财务BP实操经验者优先。
2.具备出色的英语听、说、读、写能力，可作为工作语言。
3.性格稳重踏实，注重效率，善于沟通，执行力与责任心强，具有全局意识、主动补位意识及团队合作精神。
4.愿意长期在南美（阿根廷布宜诺斯艾利斯、巴西圣保罗等地）常驻工作。
