As BMW group representative in China in semi-conductbusiness, implement BMW group semi-conductmanagement processes to ensure constant semi-conductsupply on time, in right quality right volume. Utilize expertise on semi-conductproduction processes to stabilize the supply chain fBMW from raw material suppliers to semi-conductvendors. This role has the objectives (1) to screen to scout the China semi-conductmarket; (2)introduce Chinese suppliers to local global business; (3) to overarchingly support all BMW purchasing supplier network divisions, to ensure a stable sustainable supply chain. (4) SAM role fCN semiconductsuppliers.


Responsibilities
As representative semiconductdirect by parts scope, screening in the market, to identify the market development trend, provide the information to central department as commodity strategy input.
Working together with Semiconductclover-leaf team (quality , engineering cost) to evaluate qualify the CN semiconductsupplier to be candidates of BMW semiconductportfolios.
Support by providing purchasing advice in the supplier selection process industrialization processes, including QfQ process, SPS process Q-Offer, LSV activities, to ensure the process quality.
Jointly evaluate the supply chain risks, provide transparent information to business departments to support risk management development of risk mitigation plans. 
SAM roles of CN semiconductors:
-Responsible fthe supply assurance of active passive components during allocations
-Responsible fthe internal communication the support regarding SC suppliers relevant topics
-Responsible fensuring the supply chain transparency necessary technical exchange with SC suppliers
Supporting management fstrategic topic preparation 


Qualifications
Education / Degree: Integrated Circuit , Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Automotive, Material Engineering
Intense experience in quality methods. Excellent knowledge of Supplier qualification-Processes (Product Process Development & Series Production).
Experience in terms of semi-conductsupplier base, including evaluation, technical knowledge.
Experience in supplier management 
Project management skills problem solving skills.
Analytical thinking rapid understanding of complex topics
Strong team communication skills
Cross-Cultural Collaboration, fluent English/Germen skills.
High flexibility mobility, high stress tolerance.

Experience
Semiconductmarket experience (Purchasing/Production/Quality/Project management/Design)
With minimum 3 years automotive E/E Purchasing/Project/supplier management/Quality experience.
