3、熟悉常用设计模式、数据结构与算法，掌握 JVM 内存管理、多线程编程及网络通信机制；
4、精通 Spring、SpringBoot、Spring Cloud Alibaba 等主流框架，具备分布式系统开发经验，理解 CAP 理论及其常见实践；
5、熟悉缓存、消息队列等中间件，具备高可用、高并发系统设计经验者优先；
6、具备良好的沟通协作能力、逻辑表达清晰，能适应一定的工作压力；
7、具备强烈的自驱力和技术创新意识，能主动推进系统优化与技术方案升级；
8、有以下经验者优先：PDF/OFD 文档处理、电子签章/验签、PKI密码应用（加解密、签名验签）；
