岗位职责:
1)协助我方开发经理对技术攻关以解决项目中出现的各种技术问题;2)负责软件模块或系统的编码、调试、发布工作;3)参与软件模块或系统的需求分析、设计、变更工作。

胜任资格:
1)计算机相关专业本科以上学历;
2)有三年以上基于Java的Web应用开发经验，熟悉WebJsp,Servlet,Javabean,JMS,EJB,JDBC开发，熟悉各种常用设计模式;
3)熟悉Java语言，熟悉J2EE规范，理解MVC模式;
4)熟悉Web标准，有丰富的Ajax 实践经验，熟练使用某种JavaScript框架
5)熟悉基于数据库的设计和开发;
6)具备代码分析、审查、持续集成与部署的经验;
7)具有良好的业务分析能力、沟通能力与团队合作精神。
