岗位职责
1、与现场客户沟通，完成需求调研，进行功能需求分解和各子功能设计。
2、参与公司产品的架构优化，性能优化并辅助其他模块进行技术实现。
3、负责基于Java语言的Web系统的程序开发，包括设计、开发、测试并实施项目上线工作。
职位要求：
1、有丰富的软件开发工作经验，Java基础扎实，灵活运用Spring、SpringMVC、MyBatis等技术；掌握SpringBoot、SpringCloud微服务架构体系。
2、对java多线程、高并发、高可靠性系统的设计，网络编程有丰富的实践经验, 具有大数据处理经验的优先。
3、掌握面向对象设计原理，熟悉设计模式，能实现松耦合的、易于扩展、高性能的程序。
4、熟悉Oracle、MySQL关系数据库以及缓存系统(Ehcache/Memcached/Redis)的应用程序开发，具有较强的设计能力，能够独立完成应用模块的设计和开发。
5、熟悉HTML5、CSS3等主流Web前端技术。
6、熟悉ES6、Vue全家桶，使用过常见的Vue组件库（ElementUI、ViewUI、Avue任意一种）。
7、熟练掌握Tomcat、Nginx主流中间应用软件的部署和配置，对Web产品设计和用户体验有一定的认知。
8、有较强的学习能力，有较强的问题理解能力和逻辑分析能力。
9、工作积极主动、敬业，能承受工作压力。
10、有良好的合作性和沟通能力，并有较好的团队合作精神。
