5、了解行业监管要求（如等保 2.0、GDPR、金融 / 医疗行业专项合规），为客户搭建并优化微软 Compliance 合规管理体系，制定数据留存、审计日志管理策略，协助客户通过合规认证及专项检查；
6、安全应急响应预案制定与演练，针对微软产品安全漏洞、配置故障等问题提供快速修复方案，输出故障分析报告，提升客户服务满意度；
7、为客户提供微软安全产品使用培训、技术咨询及问题排查服务，编制操作手册，提升客户内部人员操作规范性与风险防范意识；
8、配合项目团队完成客户项目验收、服务赋能，保障项目交付质量与客户续约率，参与客户需求挖掘与增值服务拓展。
