工作职责:
1.负责与金山办公（WPS 365 产品厂商）的技术合作对接，建立并维护良好的厂商合作关系，协同推进产品技术能力对接与生态共建。
2.与厂商联合开展客户打单工作，参与商机挖掘、方案推介与项目跟进，推动 WPS 365 在重点客户的落地与规模化推广。
3.围绕客户业务场景进行解决方案的共创、设计与包装，提炼产品价值与差异化优势，形成标准化的解决方案与交付物。
4.负责客户售前技术支持，包括需求调研、方案讲解、产品演示、POC 测试、技术答疑及招投标技术支持等工作。
5.负责 WPS 技术团队的组建、管理与培养，统筹团队的技术能力建设、项目分工与交付质量，保障合作业务的顺利推进。
6.跟踪 WPS 365 产品迭代与办公协同领域的市场动态，结合客户需求反馈推动产品与解决方案的持续优化。
7.协同公司内部销售、交付、研发等团队，打通售前到交付的全流程，保障客户项目的成功落地。
任职资格:
1.本科及以上学历，计算机、信息管理、市场营销等相关专业，3 年以上 IT 行业产品、解决方案或售前相关工作经验。
2.熟悉办公协同、信创、SaaS 或企业数字化办公类产品，有 WPS、Office 365、钉钉、飞书、企业微信等同类产品经验者优先。
3.具备解决方案设计与包装能力，能够独立完成方案撰写、客户讲解与产品演示。
4.具备较强的厂商对接与商务沟通能力，有厂商联合打单、生态合作相关经验者优先。
5.具备一定的技术理解与售前支持能力，能够准确把握客户需求并转化为可落地的技术方案。
6.有团队组建与管理经验，具备良好的组织协调、项目推进与团队带教能力。
7.具备优秀的沟通表达、客户服务意识与抗压能力，能够适应一定的出差与客户现场支持需求。
