Key Accountabilities:
-Provide a robust solution fa new manufacturing line an individual automatic machine.
-Manage the new machine’s full life cycle from Concept design, machine Functional Specification, Statement of Work, Acceptance Test, the upgrade/modification as well.
-Develop working instructions to standardize the work safe use of equipment, having the process under full control.
-Develop PPAP documents dynamically maintain them, including PFMEA, CP, PFC. Make sure all these are reviewed, understood, approved.
-Use IE tools to a new process find the opportunities in the existing process to improve the line efficiency line speed balance.
-Lead the manufacturing process change with product/process change until physical completion.
-Train operatfany newly released product process, assess the training effect until qualified.
-Hands-on manner to set optimize the machine parameters recipes.
-Daily managing production line issues related to equipment process, provide solutions.
-Develop maintain the product bill of material (BOM).
-Support the maintenance team to create/TPM/DPM fthe machine.
-Lead validation sample build according to the project plan. lead the sample review report before shipping out fperformance test.
Leverage global resources cross-functional resources fproduct launch, problem-solving, troubleshooting.
-Drive Cost reduction initiatives, including manufacturing scrap reduction, productivity improvement, VAVE. Work with the product engineering team to hit the plants monthly/yearly target.
-Support in analyzing the source of production scrap providing solutions.
-Other responsibilities assigned by the Engineering manager.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
Education Qualification:
-Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
Technical Competence & Skills:
-Ability to use AutoCAD is required.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools is required
-A thorough understanding of quality tools such as PFMEAs, Control Plans, Process Flow charts is required
-Abilities to use IE tools, like error-proof, VSM, MTM is required.
-Lean manufacturing knowledge is preferred.
-Proficiency with common project management tools (e.g. MS Project, equivalent) is preferred.

Relevant Experience:
-Minimum 8 years of manufacturing engineering experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
-Experience in Liquid filter manufacturing processes is preferred.
-Previous project management responsibility with demonstrated results is preferred.
-IATF16949 work experience is preferred.
-Excellent manufacturing efficiency improvement achievements in past work experience are preferred.
-Proficient in IE aspect analysis action plan, implementation
-Problem-solving skill is preferred.
