Job Summary
As a member within the financial services international tax team, youll demonstrate an understanding of tax concepts effectively apply your tax knowledge to client situations. Youll assist in the delivery of tax planning ideas with timely, responsive services work products that meet and/exceed client expectations. Youll also thoroughly accurately analyze information assist in the preparation of quality, practical approaches tailored to the clients economic situation, arriving at logical conclusions. Your remit will include participating in contributing to the achievement of team goals.
Key responsibilities in the role of Senior:
• Build maintain relationships with clients, winning work proactively contributing to winning new clients;
• Shape articulate solutions to complex technical problems working with stakeholders from EY, client tax authority stakeholders;
• High level management of the successful delivery of technically complex demanding consulting projects, ensuring technical excellence practical / business driven approach taken;
• Able to identify manage areas of risk fclients the firm, consulting appropriately;
• Responsibility fday-to-day delivery of exceptional client service;
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in transfer pricing area
• Degree postgraduate degree in finance, economics, business administration relevant tax degree. Preferably with professional qualifications such as CPA, CTA, ACCA.
• Strong transfer pricing technical skills with experience wide variety of industries, preferably with experience on financial services clients;
• Experience of financial modelling application of financial economic analysis techniques to transfer pricing problems;
• Experience of managing large-scale projects involving teams from multiple expertise areas locations;
• Strategically commercially aware committed to delivery of exceptional client service;
• Negotiation skills - able to sustain opinion handle challenges;
• Effective time management - ability to remain calm when under pressure to meet deadlines;
• Business proficiency in English able to lead client conversations in English
• Enthusiastic team player with ability to create, sustain lead effective teams;
