2、您将作为团队的核心成员，与产品经理、前端工程师、AI模型科学家等角色紧密合作共同推动AI技术的创新与发展。
3、参与系统需求分析和设计，提供合理的技术解决方案，并编写相关设计文档负责后端服务接口的开发，实现与前端、客户端(Python库，Android,ioS)、其他服务等的交互
4、优化系统性能，解决高井发、大数据星等带来的技术挑战
5、负责后端服务的持续监控、故障排查和性能调优
6、参与技术方案的讨论和评审，分享技术经验和*佳实践
任职要求
1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上Java后端开发经验，有AIInfra或MLOps领域经验者优先
2、精通Java语言及其生态，对JVM原理、多线程、并发控制等有深入理解
3、熟悉SPring、MyBatis等主流Java框架有微服务架构实战经验
4、熟悉MySQL、Redis、Kafka、Elasticsearch等常用中间件和数据库,对分布式系统、云计算、容器化技术(如Docker. Kubernetes)等有深入了解和实践经验
5、具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够主动推动问题解决和项目进度优先考虑在互联网大厂或者知名创业公司有All lnfra或MLOps领域经验者优先，特别是分布式模型推理、训练平台
6、英语读写能力良好
7、具备良好的系统设计和分析能力，能够独立承担复杂系统的设计和开发工作
