FAE/现场应用工程师（高速光通信芯片）
Location:苏州或上海张江
Key requirements:5年高速光通信芯片或模块客户支持、成功的design-in/design-win案例
Responsibilities:
[1] Support domestic international optical communication customers in product design, design validation, silicon test application with optical ICs such as high-speed TIA, laser driver limiting amplifier, CDR, etc.
[2] Track project from new opportunity to mass production
[3] Troubleshoot technical problems in both pre-sale post-sale phases
[4] Communicate across marketing, design team testing team ftechnical issues new product definition
[5] Promote/train customers distributors on the products
[6] Collaborates closely with sales fdesign-in design-win solutions with customers/distributors
[7] Works closely with product Business Units fproduct support/promotion, feedback on market information, alignment with the new product roadmap
[8] Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Qualifications:
[1] BSEE MSEE,5years+ relevant working experience in IC lab test/AE/FAE
[2] Deep knowledge in optical module, system its application such as TOSA, ROSA, CWDM, AOC, PON, etc. Hands-on test troubleshooting skills from silicon to product validation.
[3] Ability to program with Scripting languages (i.e. Python) high-level languages (i.e. C/C Visual Basic, etc.).
[4] Able to work with test equipment (i.e. BERT, DCA, Oscilloscope, etc.).
[5] Strong analytical communication skills fefficient customer communication.
[6] Design experiences in optical front-end is a plus
[7] Travel required ~ 30%
