岗位职责
1.负责公司产品应用系统的日常开发、优化与维护，承担后端服务、前端页面及AI功能模块的实现。
2.负责基于Python的业务系统开发，熟练使用相关开发框架，如 FastAPI 等，完成接口设计、功能开发及性能优化。
3.参与前端页面及交互功能开发，基于Vue等主流前端框架完成业务功能实现与联调。
4.参与AI智能体相关能力建设，结合业务场景完成智能体流程设计、工具接入、提示词编写与效果优化。
5.熟悉并使用各类代码辅助工具、AI编程工具和研发提效工具，提升开发效率与交付质量。
6.协助产品、项目及实施团队推进项目落地，参与需求沟通、技术方案设计、开发实施及客户交流。
7.配合完成上级交办的其他技术研发及支持工作。
任职资格
1.熟练使用Python开发语言，基础扎实，具备良好的编码规范和工程化开发能力。
2.熟悉FastAPI等主流Python开发框架，具备实际项目开发经验，有接口开发、服务部署和性能调优经验者优先。
3.了解前端开发体系，熟练使用Vue框架，能够独立完成基础页面开发、接口联调及常见交互实现。
4.熟悉常见数据库及数据处理能力，能够完成基本的数据建模、查询优化及接口数据设计。
5.熟悉主流AI智能体构建工具或平台，具备提示工程编写能力，能够围绕业务场景设计高质量 Prompt 并持续优化效果。
6.具备良好的沟通表达能力、团队协作意识和责任心，学习能力强，能够快速理解业务并推进落地。
加分项
1.有 AI Agent 、大模型应用、知识库问答、工作流编排等相关项目经验。
2.熟悉Java开发语言,并熟悉相关的生态体系。
3.熟悉 Docker 、 Nginx 、 Redis 、消息队列等常见中间件者优先。
4.有医疗、政务等行业项目经验者优先。
5.能适应短期出差或客户现场技术支持者优先。
