Purpose of Job
The Manufacture Engineer is responsible fdeveloping, optimizing, supporting production processes to enhance efficiency, quality, safety within the plant. The Manufacture Engineer works to ensure all processes tools are functioning optimally while maintaining high-quality standards compliance with inspection procedures. Additionally, the role involves the design development of tooling, as well as responsibilities related to quality engineering, including quality issue analysis, inspection work instruction updates, training of inspection personnel. Lead the project conduct with the supplier to evaluate develop automation with new technologies implemented based on Lean concept in building up the production line, material flow, layout with high efficiency UPPH, from automation concept proposal, machine selection, process design, process parameter validation to equipment release.

Requirements Qualifications
The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
● Bachelor’s degree, 6+ years’ experience as Process, Manufacturing Industrial Engineer.
● Experience in identifying resolving process, tooling, quality issues.
● Experience in process, tooling development, quality control, including process optimization, tooling design, troubleshooting.
● Experience in project management, especially projects related to production, process, tooling, quality improvement.
● Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with exposure to quality management systems standards.
