8、强烈的责任心和团队合作精神，良好的沟通能力。

主要职责：
1、负责保险核心系统（重点包括保全、保单、契约等模块）的需求分析、系统设计、编码实现与性能优化。
2、深入理解和抽象保险业务逻辑，将复杂的业务需求转化为清晰的技术方案和系统设计。
3、主导或核心参与保全模块的架构演进与重构，解决系统中的技术难点和性能瓶颈。
4、保证系统的高可用、高并发能力以及数据一致性，编写高质量、可维护的代码。
5、与产品、业务、测试等团队紧密协作，确保项目顺利交付和稳定运行。
6、负责技术文档的编写和维护，并乐于分享经验，帮助团队共同成长。
