1.根据公司发展需要，对接业务部门确认用工需求，优化招聘渠道，发布招聘信息，筛选简历，邀约人员并组织面试；参与公司人才引进、校企合作等；
2.负责员工离职面谈，分析离职原因并推动改善问题，降低企业人才流失率；
3.负责组织人才盘点工作，进行人才识别与选拔，优化人员配置；
4.负责组织员工转正考核及续签评价工作，提供有效的用人建议；
5.负责组织开展项目绩效的考核、分配及发放工作；
6.负责组织开展公司企业文化建设，包括企业文化策划、企业文化落地，如生日会、团建活动等。

任职条件
1.形象气质佳，年龄30周岁以下；
2.硕士及以上学历，优秀本科毕业生亦可；
3.管理学、经济学、统计学、数学等相关专业；
4.沟通协作能力强，文字编写能力优秀；
5.能够主动分析问题，具备独立解决问题的能力；
6.学习能力强，擅长与人交流，头脑灵活；
7.有1年以上人力资源相关工作经验优先；
8.积极主动，责任心强，工作踏实；
9.抗压能力强，能够接受出差、加班。
