岗位职责：
1. 认真按照《药品管理法》、《药品经营质量管理规范》、《药品标签和说明书管理规定》等法律法规和本公司制定的《药品验收管理制度》等质量管理制度的有关要求，负责入库药品质量验收工作；
2. 以药品验收标准为依据，按《药品验收操作规程》对所有入库的药品逐批进行验收，并对其验收结果负责；
3. 对供货单位进行核查，对有关单据、凭证等资料进行核对并存档；
4. 验收人员检查收货员录入的品名、规格、剂型、批号、生产日期、有效期、数量、生产厂家、供货单位、批准文号是否准确，并做好验收记录；
5. 对验收中认为不合格的药品，验收员填写《药品拒收通知单》,报质量管理员确认后，直接拒收。当场不能确认直接拒收的，按《不合格药品的确认和处理控制流程》进行处理；
6. 负责对中药样品的更新与养护，防止样品出现质量变异；
7. 负责对各种商品的报告单进行扫描录入到检验报告单的管理系统，负责向客户及时准确提供药品检验报告单资料；
8. 负责药品验收信息的记录、整理、传递与报告；
9. 协助经理完成其他质管相关工作。
岗位要求：
1.具有中药学专业中专以上学历或具有中药学中级以上专业技术职称
