一、岗位基本信息
岗位名称：人力资源专员
工作时间：周一至周五 9:00-17:30（周末双休，法定节假日正常休息）
工作地点：漯河市源汇区丁湾大桥西向北200米
二、核心工作职责
1、招聘：执行招聘全流程，涵盖岗位需求分析、JD优化及发布、简历筛选、面试组织、Offer 发放，确保各部门人员及时到岗，并持续优化招聘流程
2、员工关系:办理员工入职、转正、调岗、离职等手续，同步更新员工信息档案,预防劳动纠纷
3、薪酬设计:组织参与薪酬带宽设计,负责编制薪酬方案初稿；
4、培训发展：策划并执行内部培训项目，推动培训效果转化。
5、绩效管理：组织制定各部门绩效考核方案（如KPI/OKR指标拆解、评分规则说明），跟进绩效考核周期执行（如数据收集、评分汇总），推动考核结果应用（如与调薪/晋升挂钩）。
6、制度与流程优化：参与人力资源相关制度（如《员工手册》《考勤管理制度》《招聘管理办法》）的撰写与修订；
三、任职要求
1、学历与专业：本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理、心理学等相关专业优先
2、经验要求：1-3 年人力资源相关工作经验，熟悉招聘、员工关系模块者优先
3、掌握人力资源基础理论与实操流程
4、具备良好的沟通表达能力、组织协调能力，可高效处理多任务
5、会操作 HR 系统者加分
6、素质要求：工作细致负责，有耐心，具备较强的保密意识与服务意识
