岗位职责：
1. 负责用友ERP产品：NC/U8C/BIP/U8/YS项目的策划、制定方案、管理及实施，具有独立完成ERP项目交付的能力；
2. 负责项目中用友NC系统的二次开发，包括系统功能扩展，bug诊断和修复、报表开发、接口开发等；
3.了解客户需求，编写开发方案；
4. 参与用友NC系列产品的开发工作，协助功能顾问分析及解决问题；
5. 根据业务需求提出有效的解决方案，评估工作量，明确开发进度，并进行功能开发和实现。

任职资格：
1. 2年以上开发经验，本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，有ERP项目开发经验或用友系统开发经验优先；
2. 熟悉SSM或SSH等开发框架，有用友系统开发或运维经验优先；
3. 熟悉财务、供应链、资产、HR等模块其中1个或多个模块的开发；
4. 精通Oracle DB和Java；
5. 富有责任心，具有优秀的团队合作、表达、沟通、组织、协调能力。
