一、工作内容：
全面负责粮油工程项目立项、工艺设计及技术实施，高效协调设备供应商、土建方与设计单位，确保项目从设计、采购到调试的顺利推进，保障项目按时高质量建成。
二、主要工作职责：
1.负责项目可行性研究、产品线设计、投资预算与设备选型招标。并负责已建项目的精进，向其他地区进行复制和优化
2.主导整体工艺设计，包括工艺流程规划、设备选型及车间布置方案审定。
3.管理项目筹建全过程，制定计划、跟踪进度，确保项目按时保质交付。
4.作为技术总负责人，协调设备供应商、土建及设计单位，审核图纸并指导现场施工。
5.主导设备安装调试与验收，解决项目中的重大技术问题。
三、任职资格：
1.本科及以上学历，粮食工程或油脂/饲料或机械工程等相关专业。
2.5年以上粮油项目设计与项目管理经验，具备整厂项目成功案例。
3.精通工艺计算、设备选型与管道布置等。
4.具备出色的跨部门协调和团队管理能力，能适应阶段性出差。
5.符合以下条件者优先：具备大型粮油工程筹建经验；
