3.优化生产流程，监控关键控制点，持续提升生产效率、能耗与成品率指标。
4.负责生产团队建设、员工培训、安全生产及车间现场管理。
三、任职资格：
1.本科及以上学历，粮食工程或机械工程或食品工程等相关专业。
2.3年以上饲料或油脂加工行业生产管理经验，熟悉设备操作与生产工艺。
3.熟悉生产计划制定、效率提升与成本控制方法，具现场问题解决能力。
4.具备良好的团队领导力与责任心，能够承担多任务工作压力。
5.符合以下条件者优先：参与过新工厂筹建或生产线升级项目；
