岗位职责简述:
1、负责完成项目经理交付的开发任务，包括用户提出的新增需求、功能需求调整、优化，能熟练应用代码和系统提供的敏捷化开发组件，独立完成功能开发、测试和debug工作，管控整体进度；（40%）
2、负责支撑现场用户的常态化业务运营工作，并按时完成各项任务节点的跟进和工作交付，做好驻场服务以及用户业务工作的技术支撑；（30%）
3、负责日常工作涉及的SQL编写及帆软报表开发配置工作；（20%）
4、协助项目经理进行日常技术类事务的管理，参与项目流程工作，负责项目过程性文档的撰写；（10%）
基本素质要求：
1、学历：统招本科以上，*好985/211。
2、专业：计算机相关、自动化、电力系统专业等理工科专业
3、相关工作经验：java开发3年以上、有电网项目经验优先。
专业素质要求：
1、熟练掌握SpringCloud、SpringBoot、Mybatis等主流开发框架，有微服务架构实战经验者优先。
2、熟练掌握Mysql、Oracle数据库开发技术并具备一定的sql优化能力。
3、熟练掌握vue、JavaScript、Jquery、Ajax、Html、css等前端技术,有vue+element-ui框架实际项目经验者优先。
4、踏实富有高度责任心，能承受一定的工作压力。
5、有较强的学习能力和沟通能力。
