2.熟练掌握Java及Spring全家桶（Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security等）框架，具备扎实的编程能力。
3.深入理解云原生架构（微服务、容器化、Kubernetes等）及其相关工具，具有相关项目实践经验。
4.熟悉DevOps流程，精通CI/CD工具（如Jenkins、GitLab CI等）的使用，能够优化和推动自动化部署及持续集成工作。
5.熟练使用数据库（MySQL、PostgreSQL、Redis等），具备较强的数据库设计及优化能力。
6.具备良好的编码规范和代码审查习惯，关注代码的质量与效率。
7.良好的团队协作精神，能够独立解决问题，具备较强的责任心和沟通能力。
