【岗位职责】
1. 负责大数据平台的数据建模、ETL流程设计与实现，建设高性能、可扩展的数据处理体系；
2. 参与多源数据的清洗、加工与整合，进行样本分析与统计研究，持续提升数据质量与稳定性；
3. 深入理解业务逻辑，抽象核心指标与数据模型，提升数据复用性与可维护性；
4. 建立数据质量监控、任务调度与预警机制，保障数据运行的准确与高效；
5. 推动数据标准化和治理流程落地，与产品、算法、业务团队紧密协作，挖掘数据价值。
【任职要求】
1. 统招本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、数据科学等相关专业，3年以上大数据开发经验；
2. 具备扎实的编程与工程能力，熟练使用 Python，或掌握 Java / Scala 中至少一种进行大数据开发；
3. 熟悉 Spark / Flink / Hive / Kafka 等主流大数据框架，并有生产级项目经验；
4. 熟练掌握 SQL，具备良好的查询设计与性能优化意识，理解数据仓库分层设计与建模方法；
5. 熟悉 Linux 环境及常用调度工具（如 Airflow、Azkaban 等）；
6. 具备较强的数据分析与抽象能力，能将业务需求转化为数据模型与指标体系；
7. 工作细致耐心，具备持续改进与问题追踪意识，能独立推进项目落地。
【加分项】
• 有文本或非结构化数据处理经验（如日志、文本清洗、特征抽取等）；
• 有数据治理、数据资产建设、中台类项目经验；
• 有算法、机器学习或知识图谱相关背景。
