3、熟练掌握关系型数据库mysql，熟悉索引创建、sql优化方法等
4、熟练掌握非关系型数据库中的一种或多种，如
Redis
5、熟练掌握activemq、rocketmq、kafka中的一种
或多种
6、具备高并发服务的开发能力及疑难问题定位和解决能力
了、有良好的编程习惯，良好的文档编写能力；良好的开发交付自测质量意识；
8、有较强的工作责任心，良好的团队合作精神和协作能力，热爱技术，快速的学习能力;
