工作职责：
1.依据产品开发流程，负责对接产品开发技术需求，制订产品的PCB设计方案；
2.主导大功率电源等产品的PCB设计布局，布线和评审等全过程，按时完成PCB设计任务，并保证PCB设计的质量；
3.和结构工程师一起进行PCB和结构件的互动设计；
4.根据PCB文件输出Gerber、坐标等资料，并将相关文档按规定归档，处理工程EQ；
5.参与试制和总结，找出PCB设计问题并优化；
6.根据器件资料建立并维护元器件封装库；
7.负责PCB和PCBA可生产性调研及维护改进；
8.负责PCB设计规范的升级维护。
岗位要求：
1.电子、电气、自动化类相关专业，本科及以上学历；1年以上电源PCB LAYOUT工作经验。
2.熟悉PADS等 PCB设计软件的操作,能熟练绘制PCB平面变压器。
3.了解电子元件基本知识和开关电源的工作原理、拓扑结构；以及结构方面的基本常识。
4.熟悉安规、EMC、生产工艺制程、PCB加工工艺要求；能及时沟通处理EQ问题。
5.具有良好的沟通协调能力，能够服从上级安排和良好的团队意识、耐心细心。
6.具有100W以上服务器电源，通迅电源、工控电源工作经验者优先考虑。
7.具有良好的团队合作精，良好的沟通协调能力，较强的责任心以及抗压能力；
