4、熟练掌握SpringCloud、MyBatis-plus等主流开源框架；熟练使用Kafka、Rabbitmq消息中间件；
5、熟练使用MySQL数据库，能够进行sql优化；了解Doris等OLAP型数据库；熟练使用Redis缓存，熟悉常用数据结构；
6、思路开阔，具有良好的需求理解、业务抽象能力；能独立分析和解决问题，责任心强；
7、善于沟通，具备良好的表达能力，注重团队合作；
8、了解Vibe Coding开发模式，有使用AI智能体编程经验者优先。
