职责描述：
1、有完整的项目经验，能从系统的角度，提出交互设计方法；
2、根据产品研发及用户需求，理解产品定位与设计需求，设计产品外观ID和造型；
3、设定平台的整体交互模式，保证产品交互的可用、易用与行为方式的一致性，参与界面规范的制定并且推动实施；
4、参与产品的规划和创意过程，把握业务需求，输出清晰的产品交互原型和交互说明文档，对负责产品的整体用户体验与交互设计质量负责；
5、负责交互设计的各种相关流程，包括竞品分析、功能分析、用户角色分析、原型设计、界面开发、易用性测试等；
6、提供高质量的产品原型、流程图、线框图等清晰的表达设计方案；
7、产品开发跟进、验证，持续优化产品，提升产品易用性，达到更好的用户体验。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，人机交互（HCI）、工业设计、泛设计艺术学、计算机等相关专业；
2、三年以上交互设计工作经验，并有上线案例；
3、熟练使用Axure、Sketch、Photoshop、illustrator等设计软件，对用户体验，ID工业设计和交互设计有较深的理解和丰富的实践；
4、具有良好的逻辑能力和设计能力，对交互设计理论有较深的了解和认识，熟练掌握用户研究、交互设计的相关专业知识和技巧，能熟练运用设计工具清晰直观表达设计意图；
5、具备手机，平板电脑工业设计及交互设计经验的优先；
6、具备医疗影像设备工业设计交互设计经验的优先。
