岗位职责：
负责飞机INS惯性导航研发与产品化落地：
1. 负责惯性导航系统总体设计和高精度位姿系统的开发；
2. 负责惯性导航与视觉/GNSS/磁力计等组合导航算法设计与开发；
3. 负责传感器校准算法、故障诊断与隔离算法和自动化测试系统的设计和开发。
任职要求：
1. INS导航或传感器融合方向硕士及以上学历，5年以上相关产品开发经验；
2. 精通高性能INS导航算法，精通IMU的工作原理与误差模型建立，包括IMU性能测试、标定和校准算法；
3. 了解GNSS，视觉，磁力计等传感器工作原理，精通组合导航算法；
4. 编程能力强，熟练掌握基于嵌入式系统的C/C++/python等编程语言的算法实现及优化；
5.工程能力强，具备较强解决算法性能问题能力，乐于接受新事物和新挑战；
6.具备较强的团队协助和沟通表达能力；追踪学术/产业前沿，具备较强的学习能力。
7.有过量产的飞行器IMU设计经验者优先；
