岗位职责：
负责机器学习（Machine Learning）、深度学习（Deep Learning）算法在分类、预测等方向的研发与优化；
参与业务问题理解与方案设计，完成从特征工程、数据处理、模型训练、部署到交付的全流程落地；
推动算法项目从 0 到 1 实现，与团队协作完成模型验证、上线与效果评估。

任职要求：
熟悉常用机器学习算法（如回归、分类、聚类、集成学习等）及其数学原理，具备实际项目经验；
熟练掌握 Python 编程，能熟练使用 SQL 进行数据提取、清洗与分析；
具备 Java 编程经验，能参与算法服务端开发与系统集成；
理解 Transformer 等主流深度学习架构，熟悉 PyTorch、TensorFlow 等深度学习框架；
具备模型训练、超参调优、模型部署与性能优化实践经验；
具备良好的沟通与团队协作能力，主动性强，能够在复杂业务场景中独立推动算法落地。
有交通、能源等行业算法应用经验者优先。
能够接受出差。
